EMERYVILLE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Amyris, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMRS) announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 5,300,000 shares of its common stock, at $16.00 per share. All shares are being sold by the company. Amyris has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 795,000 shares at the initial public offering price to cover overallotments, if any. The common stock will trade on the NASDAQ Global Market under the symbol "AMRS." 

Morgan Stanley & Co., Goldman, Sachs & Co. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Itaú USA Securities Inc. and Stifel Nicolaus Weisel are acting as co-managers for the offering.
